Corporate Photography Pricing

Most of the corporate photography we do require a custom quote due to the unique nature of each project, yet there are some instances where a business or individual is simply looking for a standard headshot, group portrait or hourly event coverage. Below you will find our 2023 rates for common corporate photography services. Please contact us to book your session or event coverage.

• Photographed on location (either on a black, grey, or white seamless canvas backdrop, or the client's outdoor or indoor location of choice).

• Up to 1 hour of shooting.
• Multiple looks/outfit changes as time allows.
• On location review of photos as they are taken (photos viewed via laptop).
• Professional retouching and editing provided to all delivered photos (flyaway hairs removed, natural complexion perfecting, and other retouching as requested by client).
• Online digital proof gallery sent to client within 24 hours of session. Client may choose 5 final photos to be edited and delivered via high resolution online gallery and available for download.

(Please contact us for a custom quote if you are looking to have multiple headshots taken within the same session. Volume pricing available for groups of 3 or more.)

• Up to 1 hour of shooting.
• Perfect for groups of 3-20.
• Multiple locations/looks as time allows.
• On location review of photos as they are taken (photos viewed via laptop).
• Professional retouching and editing provided to all delivered photos (flyaway hairs removed, natural complexion perfecting, visual distractions removed).
• Online digital proof gallery sent to client within 24 hours of session. Client may choose 5 final photos to be edited and delivered via high resolution online gallery and available for download.

• Coverage of: attendees, speakers, on-site marketing/branding material, event environment, and any additional requests as per a client shot list.
• Professional lighting provided as required
• 24 hour turn around of all fully edited, high resolution images (delivered via secure online gallery and available for download).

• 2-5 images $90 per image
• 6-9 images $80.00 per image
• 10-29 images $70.00 per image
• 30-49 images $60.00 per image
• 50 or more please contact us.
• Other services, cut-outs, retouching and photo manipulation, optional (min 0.5 hour) $70.00/hour
• For custom prep, props setup, or special sets our extra rate is $80/hr depending on the amount of time involved to set-up your custom scene.

Prints

• Please contact us if you wish to purchase a print. Prints can be sold in digital version, or paper prints (with or without frame).

Do you provide hair and makeup services for headshots?

Yes. We work with local based professional artists who are available for on location portrait prep. Please contact us for a quote.

Do I retain the copyright to my photos once I receive them?

The Copyright Law of Canada assigns the copyright of the images to the Photographer, and all images shall remain the sole property of the Photographer. However, the Photographer hereby grants to the Client, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to reproduce, display and/or distribute the images, provided the Client complies with the condition that all such reproductions and/or displays are not to differ from the original editing of the delivered copies.
